A Typical Vietnamese Da Nang Dinner
To start off my first blog post on Utopia, is a fantastic dinner I had with my family at the Da Nang Restaurant on St. Clair West. This was a combo for 4 dinner special serving my favourites;
Nem Nuong, which is the skewered meat that is used in wraps or simply eaten off the skewers.

Ca Kho To, a famous dish of the Vietnamese which consists of catfish made beautifully by basically caramelizing the fish in a hot clay pot, and served with a variety of spices and rice.
Canh Chua, which is usually served alongside with Ca Kho To, its sweet and sour taste along with an assortment of vegetables let you enjoy some great tastes all in one.
